WORK EXPERIENCE

Director of Project Management, National Student Advertising Competition Team, Eugene, OR. (Sept. 2024-Present)

  • Directed a group of strategists, creatives, media planners and producers in developing a full-scale advertising campaign for a corporate client.

  • Led director-only meetings to manage timelines, track deliverables and strategically plan class sessions.

  • Oversaw hiring and recruitment, including outlining promotions, creating an application, designing interview schedule, conducting interviews and managing candidate communications.

  • Key member of a 30-member team that plan, develop and execute a full campaign for the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC). During the 2024-2025 year, the client was AT&T.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings twice a week, build and manage project timelines and communicate through various channels, including Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace.

  • Contributed to all stages of campaign development, from strategy to creative deliverables.

  • Achieved first place in District 11 in Spring 2025 and ranked among the top 15 schools nationwide.

  • Participated in client meetings, internal creative kickoffs and new business pitch sessions, capturing notes and tracking next steps.

  • Coordinated timelines and deliverables using Asana and other project management tools to support team.

  • Handled pre-production logistics including calls sheets, casting selects, crew lists, lunch orders and client communications; provided on-set assistance during shoots.

Freelance Strategy & Research, White Label Strategy, Remote. (Mar 2023-June 2023)

  • Performed strategy research with a focus on branding and competition.

  • Analyzed community surveys and developed a competitive audit from results.

  • Administered in-depth investigation of public/private schools in Marin County to evaluate non-profit fundraising and potential strategies. Illustrated results in a competitive audit and collaborated on a comprehensive presentation deck.

Student Ambassador, The University of Oregon, Eugene, OR. (Sept. 2023-Present)

  • Conduct general 90-minute campus tours for prospective students and their families to showcase all that the University of Oregon has to offer them.

  • Articulate in-depth knowledge of the University including campus history, academic programs and student life into tour script and responses to questions.

  • Aide with recruitment events such as Duck Preview, AVID, Duck Days and Admitted Student Receptions. Such events range from 200-1,000 individuals.

Student Ambassador, The School of Journalism and Communication, Eugene, OR. (Sept. 2024-Present)

  • Utilize storytelling to lead in-person tours of Allen Hall for perspective students and their families, faculty and donors.

  • Exhibit extensive knowledge about SOJC programs, majors and student life.

  • Represent SOJC at recruitment events like Duck Days and Duck Preview.

Food Equity Volunteer, Student Sustainability Center, Eugene, OR.

  • Ensure the set-up of produce for a weekly produce drop available to UO students.

  • Facilitate check-in, welcome students, and answer any questions individuals may have about the produce available. Serves 200+ students per week.

  • Participate in weekly meetings to create food equity related events for the UO community.
