Role: Project Coordinator Intern (Summer 2025)

Clients: Revolution Hall, The Old Church Concert Hall, Boys and Girls Clubs of Portland Metro, American Chimney & Masonry, Poppin’ Jobs, Montavilla Jazz Festival and Bird Alliance of Oregon.

• Participated in client meetings, internal creative kickoffs and new business pitch sessions, capturing notes and tracking next steps.

• Coordinated timelines and deliverables using Asana and other project management tools to support team.

• Handled pre-production logistics including calls sheets, casting selects, crew lists, lunch orders and client communications; provided on-set assistance during shoots.

• Contributed to creative concept development, designed graphic and social media posts, conducted market and trend research, and sourced influencers for campaigns.
