creative inspo: music videos
Back when I first got a phone in 6th grade, I became obsessed with music. It was the first time that I could listen to what I wanted and discover niche artists and songs. Don’t get me wrong, I grew up dancing and listening to my dad’s endless playlists, but it was the first time I was curating something for me and developing my taste.
I fell further in love with music through music videos, a way to visually immerse myself in the world of the song. I could see the story, intended emotions, and experience the artists’ wanted me to feel when listening to the song. I found myself deeply fascinated by this world of storytelling and continuously inspired by the creative direction.
…so here are my top five favorite music videos:
Madonna - Hung Up
