In my Gateway to Media course, we were tasked with capturing a hobby, job or passion that was visually interesting. It was a bit of a process deciding what and, more specifically who, I wanted to photograph for this project. I landed on Karianne Boyce-Lockhart, a horseback and show-jumping rider. I had the pleasure of visiting her and her husband, Daran, at their stables, located just seven miles from Downtown Eugene, OR.
